Paris: It’s getting hot in here.

Stratfor has just released an analysis of a potential heat wave in Paris this summer. The bottom line: spring has been “exceptionally hot”—the hottest in the past century, and driest in the past 50 years. Summer is expected to be just as hot—probably hotter than the 2003 heat wave in which 15,000 died.
