The first module of the swarming “curriculum,” Focused Vision, has been rebuilt completely and now includes exercises and examples (in a workbook format).
It includes a section on three kinds of vision, followed by five specific tools for swarms: building a plausible promise, shared values, teachable behaviors, repeatable strategies and measurable milestones.
