Is the customer/disciple always right?

May 18, 2012

The problem with “The [disciple] is always right”
Is that the disciple ISN’T always right.
Yet if you argue with them, they can leave the discipling relationship.
It’s not forced. It’s voluntary.

Solution: don’t argue.
Facilitate discovery and teach them to listen to the Spirit themselves.
The solution to a wrong answer isn’t argument, but an introduction to Truth.

“The solution to a wrong answer isn’t argument, but an introduction to Truth.”, Justin, is well said and a great teaching point …regardless of the nature of any relationship.

Managers and executives could use this advice as well as “Disciple Makers” to improve relationsships with their team.

I’ll be quoting you with this one, my Brother. Well done!

    Blessings all!
