If you don’t need God to do what you are doing, then…

…you likely won’t be looking for Him, and you won’t see Him.

“We don’t really need God to do modern church.” -MUP Trainer.

We’ve created systems and processes and traditions and rules and boundaries and institutions which are well known, well packaged, church-in-a-box.

Even “thinking outside the box” is often well packaged and delivered in an “innovation-box.”

We have reduced our need for the miraculous, the full-of-grace-and-mercy, the unexplainable, the mysterious–

–and wonder why we do not see it any more.

You cannot fail if you obey God. And God will not fail to accomplish his purposes.

What are God’s purposes? What is He setting out to do?
