The University of Michigan has released its first quarterly report for the LSAY, the Longitudinal Study of American Youth. 4,000 young adults who have participated in the study since 1987, and who continue to complete an annual study, are the subject. A complete report is online. Check it out–important stuff here, since GenXers (today 30 to 50 years of age, roughly) are middle-managers, team leaders, regional leaders and bleeding-edge CEOs for mission agencies. (Yours truly is a classic GenXer).
