Justin Taylor points to two new resources which help to identify who within a church has been called to a pastoral ministry. These look like great resources, but I have a different-yet-related question: how do you identify people within a congregation that are called to missions?
We spend a lot of time identifying the people who will likely serve us and our children. Where are the resources and systems for identifying those who will serve the least-reached?
