Motivate the vision-seekers

May 26, 2011

Don’t try to motivate people who spend all their time defending themselves against any inspirational message, against any challenge.

Don’t try to share your vision with people who aren’t interested in any vision, any dream, any possibility.

Don’t try to share your vision with those who are afraid of failure, who guard against any risk, who protect themselves against any mistake.

Jesus never said, “Come, follow me,” to the Pharisees.

It’s a waste of time and energy.

Hunt for the people who are crave vision, who are still listening for the Horn.

When you’re getting ready to share your vision with someone, try to figure out whether they are listening for the Horn, have already seen their vision, or are guarded against any vision at all. That will tell you the approach to use.
