It seems rather logical and obvious. A minority people within a particular culture seems more likely to be the source of some kind of terrorist attack than the the majority group. (Of course, every culture is always amazed when a terrorist attack is orchestrated by one of its own—because you just don’t expect it, despite the number of times it has happened in the past.) So, since minority groups seem to be the likeliest source of attack, they also are the ones most “under the microscope” when it comes to surveillance for possible future attacks. It’s not surprising that many minorities within countries thus feel pressure both from the culture at large and the government in particular.
What is the role of the church in relation to minorities within a country? What does the Bible say about it?
