It’s time for you to share not just your vision but your experience. Learn to recognize when someone else has a vision. Figure out what it means to be a mentor to them.
Coach them to do the hard work. Help give them a leg up on getting the process started. Don’t do it for them—but do help them to get across the barriers.
Likely, someone else helped you in the same way, even though you might not have known it at the time.
Even a simple word of encouragement or a conversation over coffee can be the breakthrough that someone is searching for.
