…cannot be done by one single agency alone.
To mobilize 150,000 workers in a decade is to mobilize 15,000 new workers per year (not taking into account exponential growth).
If the typical mobilizer could recruit one new long-term missionary every week, we would need 288 new mobilizers. But that’s really not typical of the average mobilizer, is it?
What if the typical mobilizer could recruit 12 new workers per year? (or, on average, about one a month)? Then we would need about 1,250 new mobilizers.
What does it take to find, train, equip, and support a mobilizer to recruit 12 new workers per year? And to see them improve to recruiting 20 or more per year? Perhaps not personally recruiting them, but inspiring the networks needed to recruit them?
What resources would you recommend?
