Your Input Needed: what does a missionary need to spiritually grow while on the field?

The next module of the Missionary Life that I will work on is the spiritual development of a missionary on the field. What topics do you think need to be covered? I could really use your input to make sure that everything’s on my list. Are there particular resources that you would recommend? Does your agency have some briefing materials for new missionaries or missionary candidates on the topic of spiritual development in the field?
