I am in the middle of a major research project for Mission to Unreached Peoples. I am doing a survey to identify best practices and problems related to mission mobilization. We want to learn from other organizations as we embark on a major mobilization effort both on behalf of MUP (raising up 430 new teams for the unreached) and on behalf of the wider body of Christ (contributing to the mobilization of 43,000 new teams).
I have a short list of 10 questions/investigations that I would like to explore with other agencies. But I don’t know the mobilization/recruitment directors for many orgs.
So, if you are a mobilization person, would you be willing to drop an email to justinlong@gmail.com and introduce yourself to me? Or, if you know a mobilization person, would you forward this and ask them to drop me a line?
When I’m done with the survey process, it will get compiled into some kind of paper or collection of knowledge which I imagine will be made generally available (but don’t worry, we won’t give away your super-secret fishing pool for candidates…grins!)
