Netherlands Antilles no longer exists

Status change means Dutch Antilles no longer exists (BBC News): Missionary researchers & database managers, time to update those tables: WCD code “nets”, FIPS code NT now point to a nonexistent country. Two of the components of the country, Curacao and St Maarten, have become autonomous countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands (along with Aruba, which did the same thing in 1986). The reason for the change: restructuring the $2.8 billion debt owed by the islands, mostly to the Netherlands.
