Just a note for those interested: while the major themes of the conference have a wide range of subjects covering both evangelism and social impact (as has been noted by J. D. Payne) I have been very comforted looking at the “dialogue” sessions – many, many dialogue sessions focus specifically on evangelism. We’ll see how it all shakes out, but there are over 100 dialogue sessions by my rough estimate and lots have to do with issues directly affecting evangelism: (“an incarnational approach to small group seeker Bible study,” “can a nation be changed? the global impact of Alpha,” “comparing notes: discipleship issues affecting Messianic Jews and MBBs,” etc.)
