http://bit.ly/aYcfpa – folksonomies (user-based tagging) is useful in crowdsourcing but controlled vocabularies (defined terms) are essential for finding things quickly. Think of “unreached” or “missional” – both have become “folksonomies” – many different meanings for the same word.
